Hi I’m Dina, 58 presymptomstic (prodromal stage). My CAG repeat is 40 like my father. It’s a later onset in our family. One of my main struggles for a few years is my sleep. Getting to sleep and not feeling rested the next day. I feel I need more sleep time then the average person. I retired 3 years ago to concentrate on my health. Does anyone else have similar issues? And what advice can you relay?
